Turist Visa. Bank Give me only Spanish Statement.

i am indian but i am Leaving in Bolivia. I have visa in Bolivia permanent temporary visa.
Here is one problem only. In Bolivian bank only give me bank spanish statement and Canada embassy need English or French so how can i put Spanish Statement?
Please help me sir

Doesn't matter its the same translation process. The notary will know the format.

I visit notary office but he said I write this format for Canada embassy need.

Tell them to use same format they always use for affidavit for anything else, Canada embassy doesn't need any specific format.
