Tuition Fees after ITA

Hi everyone, I searched about it but couldn't find any conclusive answer. Do you have any idea if after receiving an ITA the individual still pay tuitions as international student or should he start paying domestic fees?

Receiving an ITA doesn't mean you've become a PR.

You still have to pay international fees.

Yes, it's only after becoming PR/landing that you can get to pay domestic fees.
