My wife is Canadian and is sponsoring me for PR. We are both leaving in The Gambia (Africa) for the past three years and my interview is due in December. I have already benefitted from some generous advice about the interview process. I was equally made to understand that ordering my Caipsnotes could be helpful for the interview.
Now here are my questions;
Can she request for the CAIPS notes while outside Canada? If yes,
I understand that processing takes aprox. 30 days, and i am worried that it could be late by the time we receive the notes due to mailing delays (It sometimes take upto 2 months to receive a mail from Canada!).
Can someone in Canada do it on our behalf?
What are my options????
