I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS OUTBOUND APPLICATION. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN IN BRAZIL SINCE JUNE 2013 WAITING.
THE FILE WAS RECEIVED HERE IN CANADA ON JUNE 20, 2013. I WAS APPROVED AS A SPONSOR ON JULY 27, 2013. THEY SENT THE PROCESS TO SAO PAULO. SAO PAULO STARTED THE PROCESS OCT 17, 2013. THEY ASKED ME FOR PAYMENT OF 490 DOLLARS IN JAN 2014, PAID THAT. THEN IN FEB 2014 THEY REQUESTED ANOTHER MEDICAL.
MEDICAL DONE ON MARCH 11, 2014 AND SENT TO CIC FOR APPROVAL ON MARCH 18, 2014.

HOW MUCH LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT???

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VERIFY THE RESULTS OF THE EXAMS AND MAKE A DECISION?

IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN CALL AND ASK FOR ANSWERS, OUR THREE YEAR OLD IS VERY TRAMATIZED WITH THIS WHOLE PROCESS. HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HIS DAD CAN NOT COME HOME.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...

If you look at the CIC website for processing times, it says Brazil is at 11 months for stage 2. That 11 months would start at the end of July once you were approved as a sponsor. 80% of cases are processed within that time, but not all.

Odds are you will hear something by the end of June.

Why can't he come to Canada now, as a visitor?

BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY.. I AM SUPPORTING HIM AS BEST I CAN FROM HERE IN CANADA. I AM BY MYSELF WORKING AND TAKING CARE OF OUR KIDS.
HE DOES NOT HAVE WORK THERE. HE LIVES WITH HIS MOM AND BROTHERS.

If they requested for his Medical Results, maybe you're closer to the final stages. I'm sorry you're going through that though, paying the fee later and the additional Medical Exam added a few months to the process. But they wouldn't have requested you to pay the fee if he wasn't eligible to come to Canada. Hope you hear from them soon.

It sounds like ur application is moving along normally within the processing time, I dont see what youre getting upset about. Also it was clearly stated in the instructions that if you didnt pay the right of permanent residence fee upfront that you will experience delays and that seems to be whats happening now. You chose not to pay it upfront, now its delayed a bit so dont complain about it. Besides it looks like his application is nearly done since a re med was issued and no interview, so just relax already

It's not like she's spamming the forum, perhaps she's just seeking some support. I can assure you that I'd feel the same way if I were raising a toddler on my own for 10 months while also providing for the entire family because my husband can't come home.

Plus maybe she doesn't realize writing in caps = yelling on the internet. I assume she's just stressed out, which is normal when going through this process, haha.

Sorry for wiritng in caps. The keyboard I was using is broken and everything comes out in caps.

I am very frustrated yes but was not yelling at anyone. I am truly sorry, if I knew how to remove my post I would.

Don't remove it! You were asking justified questions and people would like to help as much as they can :) Don't worry about it!

Thank you Zarilenth!!

What are these spread sheets all about? I have noticed that a lot of people have them.

We organize our spreadsheets and threads by month and country, so you should look for the threads: June, 2013 and Sao Paulo, 2013 so you can share your timeline and doubts.

Ah, also we set Outland and Inland applications apart.

ok how do i do this???
