Hello,
I re-applied for my visa as they were expired, and I sadly I see the message in the CIC account saying
"Your application was cancelled. We will send you a message with details."
It's been over a month and I haven't received any updates from CIC and also on call they are not available, can anyone please suggest me the next step I should be doing?
Can I re-apply?

You should contact the visa office to ask if your application was cancelled due to technical or administrative reasons + if the visa office has created a new application with a new application number.

You can send a web form + an email to the relevant visa office
