Hi Bryanna,
Me and my wife both are on PR. I had applied for a TRV visa for my wife's parents a few months back so that they can visit us. Since my wife was pregnant at that time I stated the same reason in the invitation letter along with a supporting letter from my doctor. I applied twice and in both situations, my visa was rejected with the following reasons.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Since the baby was born a month ago. Can I reapply so that at least they can come to visit the baby? What are the chances for refusal.? Is there a time frame I need to wait before reapplying. Also, What is the best reason I should give in their invitation letter.
Please advise.
Thanks
