TRV taking so long

I applied for Temporary Resident Visa in 24 of July in kuwait vfs (paper application )
i submit my original passport with the application in same day cause i didn't had any plans for traveling so i don't need my passport
i contact them with ircc enquiry form before 1 week asking them what happen for my application is almost 51 days

they reply me 2018/9/16
Dear Applicant,

Your application has been finalized. You will be contacted by the Visa Application Center soon for further details.

after this email in same day i got a call from vfs office asking me to come and submit !!!!!
i told them i submit my passport in same day i applied in 24 July
then they said ok we will inform the embassy
my questions is there is possibility they lost my passport ?
why the application taking so long ?
i want to travel very urgently in 3 days to dubai
what i can do now ?

i linked my application already no updates still
my travel history is good i have 2 schengen -Australia - brazil -argentina - japan ........ total 26 countries

Based on the reply you have received, it seems a decision was made and you were asked to submit your passport.

I suggest you send a IRCC web form + email to the Abu Dhabi visa office to inform them that you had already submitted your passport to VFS Kuwait in July + request for the processing status + whether the visa office has received your passport. Do include the VFS receipt

i called the vfs today morning they confirm for me the passport is in the embassy then in the afternoon i got my reply for my email to the embassy

i went with this email to vfs office . but in the beginning i give them the recipe asking them about the passport . they said is not ready yet still in the embassy . then i said are you sure !? they said yes
i showed them the email i got today . they said really we dont know why they reply you like that .but tomorrow we will check with them and we call you back cause the embassy is closed now
what you think ?

I suggest you visit the VFS office tomorrow, if possible. In case VFS says your passport is still with the visa office then request VFS to issue a letter stating the details of your passport dispatch to the visa office (the internal dispatch number, date, etc).

Scan this VFS letter and send a CSE + email to the Abu Dhabi visa office

I suggest you visit the VFS office tomorrow, if possible. In case VFS says your passport is still with the visa office then request VFS to issue a letter stating the details of your passport dispatch to the visa office (the internal dispatch number, date, etc).

Scan this VFS letter and send a CSE + email to the Abu Dhabi visa office
