Hi dear my fiance is sponsoring me for TRV in Canada he is AINP approved in Alberta and want to sponsor me for his birthday. i need to knoew what i will fill in relationship status because we are not married yet. so what will be my Martial status to be filled in main visa form.

He can’t sponsor you. He can only offer an invitation. You will need to meet the requirements to obtain a TRV. And as a heads up, IRCC doesn’t see birthdays as valid reasons to visit Canada. Don’t be surprised if your application is refused if you don’t meet all the requirements for a TRV.
As for relationship, if you aren’t married or common law, then your single. You can list him as a friend.

Sufficient funds, ties to your home country (employment, school, property, family ties), travel history, marital status, age. There are a significant number of variables that go into approving a TRV. Primarily, you need prove you can afford the trip yourself (don’t make lump sum deposits to boost your funds, they have that one figured out) and that you are not a risk of overstaying. If you are young, single, underemployed, the risk of refusal goes up.

Basic (unwritten) requirement is about $1,000 Cdn/wk for funds, plus airfare. Make a request for 2-3 weeks....longer than that will result in a refusal. Give them solid reasons you need to return home...employment contracts or critical projects, leave letters, child care, continuing studies (with proof). Give an itinerary of daily activities (and be realistic...if your in Alberta don’t say you plan to visit Niagara Falls for a day...that’s 6,000km away and a big red flag). If your parents are supporting your trip, include their finances. It’s up to you to convince them you are not a risk. Leave the birthday out of it.
And don’t book tickets until you get the TRV.....that doesn’t show intent to leave and often results in you loosing you money if refused.
