TRV refused without any solid reason - Urgent Help Needed

Hello Everyone,

It is stated that 20 days back I had filed for a Visitor Visa along with my dad (former TRV holder) and my sister. The result came out yesterday and my father’s visa was renewed, however, mine and my sister’s visa was rejected. Now I genuinely need some guidance as to why we’ve been rejected a visa. Some points which would help you in giving advice:

1) We were applying to visit canada for the purpose of my brother’s wedding who is currently a PR holder.

2) Both my sister (2 times) and I (1 time) have been denied a visitor visa before, back in 2014.

3) This time we had attached whatever document which seemed to be relevant i.e. property deeds, employment certificates, bank statements etc and still they gave the reason that you won’t come back and blah blah

Any guidance would be appreciated!!!

1) Currently, I’m doing my undergrad from a local university and that’s why I’m solely dependant on my parents. For this reason I also provided a confirmation letter from my university stating my intention to come back and resume my degree. My mother’s bank account had a balance of about 210000 pkr (roughly 21000 cad) and my father’s bank account had a balance of about 15000 cad.

2) My sister is currently working as a medical doctor at a government hospital in my home country. She is earning 720k (Pkr) annually. She had a valid USA visa as well which expired last year.
