Hi I applied TRV for my Maternal aunt 2 yrs ago which got refused.

Reasons on the communication received back from Visa office::->
- Travel History (After refusal she has visited hong kong. Hopefully that satisfies this condition)
- Family ties in Canada and in country of residence (In canada she has a real sister, niece, nephew and there families. In India she has a son and brother and his family)
- Sufficient funds (In India: She had shown $11000 and she owns 2 homes. And in Canada I make salary of 90k also own a house)

Please let me know what should I do to cover these objections

travel history - hongkong does not count. what counts are Australia, USA, Schengen area

family ties - her son is still completely dependent on her? brother and family do not matter unless also completely dependent on her

funds - can she prove that 11000 came from her own income and was not transferred just for the application?

her son is not dependent she is retired. So her family ties in Canada are fine?

Funds have always been in her account

She has weak ties to India since she is retired and no one is dependent on her. You would not want strong family ties in Canada because it hurts the application.

Funds have always been in her account
1. Were these funds earned by her or deposited by someone else and allowed to remain in the account for months before applying for a TRV?

2. Does she earn an income from any financial investments or rent from her properties or pension?

3. Does she live with the son? If yes, are his children dependent on her for their well-being?
