Hello,
I am starting the TRV application based on the new announcement,
I already submitted a spousal sponsorship application in January and got AOR and medicals.
The problem is that the principal applicant has three refusals on his previous TRVs.
Is it safe to start a 4th trv? Or will it impact my spouse’s PR application if it was refused?

Wait for AOR and Sponsorship Approval on the PR application.
Then try to fulfill the previous rejections on TRV. then apply.

We also have a member here in the same situation as your PA. It’s hard to say if it will affect your new application based on previous applications or they will overlook those because its a new application and with the new announcement.

We have yet to see what will actually happen based on the new announcement. Political announcement and reality are often different. No harm in applying for another TRV at this point.
