TRV --- PPT Request Passport Sent to.. please help.

Passport Request Received, after online approval message, to be submitted to VFS Delhi office. After submission passport is being sent to Chandigarh VFS for stamping? Is this normal. Any information on this would be greatly helpful.

yes it's normal. Happened with my mother too, she gave bios in Delhi and Passport was submitted in Delhi too but was sent to Chandigarh for pasting the visa sticker.
