Hi there,

I have sent my passport to CPP office on December 6th and have not received any update regarding it. I had sent a returned express post through UPS but recently I checked the CIC website and it stated that courier are being delivered by Canadapost. Also, I have tried contacting the CPP many times but no response from there. I request someone to please let me know what is happening.

Did you receive an update from cic that your application is accepted and your status changed after they received the passport?
 
My TRV application has been approved and after that I sent my passport to designed CPP Ottawa office. I have not received any update after that and plus I do not whether the process has been finished or not. They only said that my passport has reached the office for process.
 
So, after you sent the passport and checked that they have received it, they didn't show any status change to approved in your CIC account?
