TRV passport return tracker activation time

My passport was received by CPP on Dec 3rd. status changed to approved on Dec 6th. The return Canada post Xpresspost tracking is not yet activated. Any help?

Canada Post is currently in a shit situation thanks to the recent strikes. Expect your passport to be delayed.
