TRV Passport is approved but Canada Post returned it to Sender (Visa Office)

After my TRV is approved, the Visa office sent it back to me couple days ago. However, Canada post had trouble to identify my address and returned it back to sender (I assume is Visa Office).

What should I do now? I'm having hard time to contact them (Calling for a day, never get it through).

Keep trying, you need to contact them that way.
