TRV on passport Affect to get PR after ITA ?

Hello Experts,


I have a 10 years TRV issued on 23rd Jul 2018, I am applying for PR in October after marrying (My Projected CRS is 474 as per CIC Calculator as a couple).

Does that affect my PR process, if I have TRV and not travelled at all and I am applying through Express Entry ?
