TRV Funds for Visa Required Applicant but Family is Visa Exempt

Hi,

My sister’s spouse and her kids are visa exempt for Canada and they have their ETA approved. However, my sister isn’t visa exempt as she uses her original passport nationality.

Does she need to show funds for herself or the whole family?
