I have applied for a TRV from inside Canada more than 2 months ago but there is still no response from IRCC. I have already called and send out a few webforms.
I also have a vacation that I really need to attend. anyone has a same experience?

If you have called and sent webforms there is not much you can do but wait. You can ask your MP about finding out the status of your file.
