It may appear absurd, but this is the case.
> I entered Canada on 1st Jan 2015 as a temporary foreign worker. My visa and WP were valid till Nov 2016
> I applied under express entry, and got permanent residence on 25th July.
> During flag poling, neither my TRV was cancelled nor my WP was taken. Instead I got COPR, and then PR card in November.
> I got married in Jan 2016 in my home country India.
> Because I am still with the same employer, I applied with my employer to file a visa for my spouse.
> These guys used my earlier TRV visa and WP, and have filed a visitor visa for my spouse.
Please suggest what should I do? Is it going to be refused.
