Hi,

What is the chance of getting TRV to visit Canada. RO appeal rejected in April 2019.
Age 53 years. Very good tie in Home Country Like have own property, working with company for last 12 Years (Permanent Job)
Children are studying in College and School. Spouse is also working.

Will it advantage if Invitation from friend (Canadian Citizen) is submitted?

Need a suggestion.

Thanks

None of us here can tell you the chances.

The fact you have good ties to your home country will increase the chances of approval.

The fact you appealed your PR status being revoked may decreased your chances of approval.

Good luck.

Thanks Scylla.
My intention is to know the opinion.
Visit as tourist or Visit to meet the friend or visit to find the best Canadian College for the admission of my son.
Which has more weightage

I would recommend being honest about your reasons for visiting.

What's most important is to show very strong ties to your home country.

I think it would also be a very good idea to wait a number of months or a year after the refused appeal before you apply.
