Hello:

Me and my spouse (a Canadian woman) are Canadian citizens, own house, settled in careers.
We have two kids together. We are filing CRA returns together for past 4 years as Common Law Partners.

My mother and brother (Single, 36 yrs, working, got good amount in his bank account, owns residential property)- both never been out of India earlier.

I want them to visit us and meet 2nd child for the 1st time (me, spouse, 1st child have been to India).

Will appreciate suggestions from experienced peers on below concerns:
1. Should I prepare One "Invitation Letter" for both of them
2. Risk is on my brother's part- how to Ensure he gets Visitor's Visa
Should I simply mention that I want him to attend our low profile marriage, please suggest few points to make his application solid. My spouse has no issue on this point.

Thanks for your valuable time.

Manny.

Thanks Andy.

Strong purpose of the visit- "mentioned in my post".

Civil marriage, their presence during that; Invitation letter will specify that.

Financial situation, other ties- "mentioned".

Is there anything else that should be well taken care of?

Thanks again.
