Hi I applied for TRV on 25.04 with confirmed return tickets. Didn’t get response till today and onward journey is on Tuesday the 15th of may. I have few questions

1) is there any chance to get the response as the working days left are today and tomorrow.

2) do they consider date of travel and therefore give priority

3) when is VFS website updated once a day or is it online.

Not sure what you mean by "Family with sponsorship". Have you applied for PR? Or did you apply for TRVs by including an invitation letter from a Canadian host? Anyways.

To answer your questions:
1) is there any chance to get the response as the working days left are today and tomorrow.
It's not a good idea to book tickets in advance before visas are issued. There's no way of knowing whether or not you will be approved/and if approved, whether or not you will get your passports back in time.

2) do they consider date of travel and therefore give priority
No, zero priority to the date of travel stated in the TRV apps. We regularly come across cases where applicants were given decisions (approvals/ refusals) well after their intended travel dates.

3) when is VFS website updated once a day or is it online.
Not possible to get real-time processing updates from the VFS website.

You could try linking your paper applications to your online account for a better idea about your visa processing. Here's how:

It’s trv completely sponsored by Canadian host family.
