TRV for an international student

Hello
I am looking to go to Toronto to meet my friend there. I hold an Indian passport and currently on a student visa in Australia. I am applying for TRV Canada and my period of stay will be 10 days only. What are the factors that the council will look upon and how should I improve my probability of getting a visa?

Proof of ties to Australia and your home country - reasons why you would return to Australia after ten days, and reasons why you would return to India. Have to be solid reasons that make sense.

Proof of financial capacity - your ability to pay for your trip and all your expenses on your own.

Valid purpose of visit - why are you going to get on an 20 hour set of flights to go to Canada for just ten days, at huge expense?
