Good day everyone.
we applied on Nov. 19 and got refused on December 1 because of this reason ( pic below ). we are planning to reapply on New portal again. I want to know your thoughts regarding the reasons below and what did you submit.
1. I got the land title, under my name ( deed of sale )
2. I am an unemployed, graduating student
3. only Domestic travel ( PH ) no record of international travel
4. idk what this means or what to submit about that reasons.
purpose of visit: visit my wife ( PR ) , celebrate a birthday, and holidays. etc. under immediate family
your ideas and opinions are highly appreciated. Thank you

When you say ”we” - how many people applied. Why haven’t you applied for spousal sponorship rather than a visit to celebrate a birthday/holidays (not essential). You should have your application underway and wait for response.

Point 1 - Your spouse is in Canada so you should have a spousal application underway? What are your ties…property is not a tie. Job, family, investments, money are.
Point 2 - If you are unemployed you have no ties, so why would you leave Canada?
Point 3 - Travel history is important especially to the US, UK, NZ and AUS.
Point 4 - if you aren’t employed then your prospects are limited. Do you have employment prospects?
