Hi all,

I am an international student studying in the UK and will like to visa Canada.

I will like to know if there is a possibility that I can travel with these documents

Bank Statement with about 2000GBP
Letter from University showing I am a current student
Letter from my part-time place of work
Payslip for 6 months
Air ticket (Do i need to book for this?)
Student ID
Tenancy Agreement

I have 2 friends in Canada with permanent resident status. Can one issue me an invitation letter?

What other documents do I need?

Will it be possible for me to get a visa?

The funds do not seem like a lot. Be sure to have more available funds after travel and accommodations.

Don't ask for more than 1 month.

How much fund will be enough? I plan on staying for about 2 weeks

Return ticket is around 500 GBP so i figure having 1500 GBP should be enough for accommodation and feeding, right?

Regarding accommodation, I stated that i do have 2 friends in Canada. If I want to stay with them, will i need an invitation letter?

For two weeks that is enough.

Yes, if they are taking care of ANY expenses related to your visit that should be included. Letter of invitation, bank statement, copy of photo id.
