Hi, here's my situation.

I was OOS last Aug. 20th, my owp extension was refused based on the policy changes on sowp policy last January 21st. Now, appyling for restoration of status. Is is possible that I cam restore my status as a worker given the proof that we applied for PR, but we haven't received AOR yet. What is the rate of approval in this case? I appreciate your insight. As per our consultant's advise, this is the best option since we have submitted our PR application and my husband has had his permit renewed for the next two years

Are you the principal applicant? If not is your spouse in an eligible NOC/TEER.

NOC 6322 TEER 3 with LMIA. Do you think IRCC will disregard whether we already applied for PR? I have 85 days or less to restore my status.
