I applied visitor visa from India on 25th July 2020 with my wife. My sister is canadian citizen. Can I come in extended family and can I submit the form of imm0006 to process my application. I have done my biometric I have two refusals before but this time I apply with my wife. Can any one help me to suggest that. My wife biometric is pending.

You need a valid reason to come as an extended family and with your suppose your chances are low. Alone you might still get a shot.

Your wife is not considered extended family of your sister. Only you can travel if you have an approved visa and written authorization to travel. Need to show your visit is essential. Your wife may get an approved visa but she can’t travel.
