Hello,
I am a work permit holder. I am applying for TRV. Below is my clarification.
I am married, and my husband has an open work permit (as my dependent). In the question below, is the first point true for my situation? If it is true, should I answer "Yes" even though all the remaining points are not true?
Are you a spouse, common-law partner, or dependent child of a person who:
- Holds a work permit for a job in National Occupation classification O, A, B
- Holds a study permit
- Holds a temporary resident permit
- Applied for permanent residence
- Is subject of a removal order that is unenforceable
