TRV application process with PR application

Hi guys,

Can someone let me know if I can apply for temporary resident visa while my permanent resident application is in process? I have applied for PR in Sep last year and I want to go out of the country next month and I need a visa to come back?

will there be any issues for me to come back to Canada?

Ofcourse you can apply for TRV based on your valid WP. Your PR will continue to be processed.
