Hello All,
I have some questions while filling up the IMM5257e form as listed below:
  1. What should be selected in the field - Purpose of my visit
  2. My wife is on open work permit and have same question as first for her as well
  3. For my wife, what should be added in name, address and relationship of any person or institution I will visit
It would be highly appreciated if someone can help us in here.
