Could you please suggest where in Toronto I can get notary public who can certify copies of my original document.

I have checked couple of them. They are charging like 45$ per page.

Try with your community center if they can help you with someone who can do cheaper than this. Sometimes free of cost also.(I heard it happens in some community centers)

Few of my friend got AOR, but they didn't notarized the copies.

If your document is English or French then you don't have to notarize any document. I am not sure why you want to certify copies ?? Can you please clarify.
