Hi friends,

Me and my wife both are Canadian PR since 2010 August. After residing around 2 months we had returned back to our home land. In between we got baby here and want to take along with us. Unfortunately, the TRV for her was refused just a month back, now we want to apply TRP but I found that the TRP is only for the people of Visa exempt country and I am from Nepal and I have to apply New Delhi.

if you have any idea regarding the case can you please do share?
what will be the best option to me?

as now its being time to move back to maintain residency obligations as well.

Thank you for your sharing in advance.

Here's another thread that discusses your issue: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/child-born-outside-canada-not-us-to-permanent-residents-parents-t78966.0.html. From the reading I've done, it appears that one of you will have to return to Canada to sponsor the child as a PR, and the other parent will have to stay in the home country with the child until he/she gains PR status.
