If someone has been a continuous TRP holder for five years, and have overcome their criminal inadmissibility, and have no other inadmissibility, are they eligible for PR under permit holder class? IRCC website says in order to be eligible, you have to continue to be inadmissible for the reason that the original TRP was issued. Does this mean if a person has overcome their inadmissibility, they are no longer eligible under permit holder class?
