Trouble in deciding NOC Code for Accounting job title

Guys, I am currently performing following roles and responsibilities in my current job in Regina, Saskatchewan and my designation is Accounting Analyst, I have been performing these duties since last 7.5 months but I have two big issues,

1. I recently been nominated by Saskatchewan province under students category and in Nomination letter, they mentioned my NOC code is 1431, which is Accounting and general clerk. I spoke to SINP and requested them that my current job is intermediate position and very responsible one and should fall between NOC A or B, but they did not make any change in my nomination letter and Now I am very much scared to apply for CEC as they have already passed the same information to CIC.
2. My designation has no NOC as per NOC matrix and so it is difficult to decide, which NOC Category it will belong.

My duties are as follows.

• Reconcile different assets using Asset management function in specialized business software system.
• Prepare and process month end schedules and reconcile prepaid account.
• Reconcile and balance various General ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Managed accounting operations, accounting close and other reconciliations.
• Perform Journal Entries to balance different accounts.
• Assistance in preparing company's annual budget.
• Prepare cheque requisition for suppliers and provide backup for Accounting Specialist position. (Other position)

I also have worked for 8 months as a Bookkeeper in Ontario, which falls under NOC B, but really need to figure out NOC for my current job. I had dream to apply under CEC class 1 year criteria as I have already more than 1950 full time working hours in combining my 2 jobs, but SINP messed up my chances to qualify for CEC. I have spoken to few consultants but they say there would be risk to apply for CEC, once my current job has been nominated under NOC C, but I can always take chance. I am scare to apply for CEC as I wonder CIC might only take opinion of PNP, but I have feeling that since I was nominated by SINP under Students category NOT skilled worker, they mentioned my current profile under NOC C.

Is there anyway I can still qualify for CEC or Convince VO about my NOC Code for current job ? Your advise and inputs will be highly appreciated.

Well... Unfortunately, I think the advice of the consultants was right. With CIC's new information system, a VO reviewing your CEC application will surely see the SINP info. Regardless, those job duties appear to be consistent with NOC 1431, and you would have difficulty convincing CIC that your position was at a higher level.
