Travelling while Express entry docs submitted

Hi everyone!

I've recently received invitation to apply through EE and is going to submit my docs in nearest 1-2 weeks.

But afterwards I have plans to travel - in July.
Is any documents or interview requests can happened within 3 months after docs submission which require my urgent answer within one month or less?
I am going to go to the place with NO phone connection - so will be totally unreachable for 5 weeks. is it risky to do?

Yes. ADRs can be issued at any time and usually have a 30 day (or less) submission window.
