Can anyone advise my husband and I how to proceed with this situation?
My husband who has a UK passport with a B1/B2 10-year visa for travel to the US has been canceled because a US immigration officer in the Houston said he needed a waiver in it.
We spoke to an immigraion officer here at the Edmonton international airport and he told us this was a mistake on part of the US consulate and that my husband should be re-issued the same visa. However, we can't seem to get an appointment with the US consulate in Calgary without having to reapply and pay for another visa application.
Can anyone advise us on how we may get an appointment without having to pay again or get through to a representative that can tell us how to proceed next? Thank you in advance!
