I am after physical examinations and only waiting for the final approval for the visa.
I bought a flight ticket for December with a return ticket of course but I wanted to know if I received the visa during my visit to Canada I would have to go back to my country and bring my passport to the embassy to get the visa ? or I could already stay in Canada and do All bureaucracy Without the need to return, the considerations are the costs of flying.

Thanks

In some cases they refused the visa because you have a wife in canada, so you have proof that your going back home and return ticket home

It depends what country you are from. In some cases, you could mail your passport to the embassy and they would mail it to someone in that country who could then mail it to you. You could then 'land' in Canada at certain immigration offices, or 'flagpole' by going to the border. If you can go to the USA without at visa, you could just go there for a day, then come back and 'land' with your PR visa.
Some countries won't allow you to mail passports. In that case, you could courier it to a family member who could then take it to the embassy.

Im from Israel , I have no idea about the Immigration Department's handling of this issue with Israel.
Is it better to inform the Canadian Embassy in my country before I fly about my dates?
