Traveling to US with PR

Recently received my PR card. I have Moroccan citizenship. I am looking to travel to New York for the weekend. Will I need a Visitor Visa or can I enter the US with just my PR card?

I live in Ottawa, can someone direct me to where I need to go to get a Visa if I require one? Any idea on how long it takes to get one?

A Canadian PR card means nothing in the US. If you normally would need a visa for the US, you also do with a PR card. They don't even want to see it. You need it to get back into Canada though
