Traveling to canada with visit visa during covid19

can someone please help me with this.

I live in canada with my husband. He is a Canadian citizen and i have a PR card.

My father lives in kosovo and has a visitors visa.

my question is will he be allowed to travel to canada with this pandemic going on?

If yes what does he need to do? Ive searched on Google but i cant get a straigh

As he is in the expanded definition of "close family member" of someone in Canada, and provided he plans to stay for more than 15 days, he should be able to travel to Canada. He may need documentation of the family connection - you need to check with his airline.

I called an airline today that i usually buy tickets from. And asked them if my father is.able to come to canada.
We explained the situation to them and we were told no he cannot come to canada.

We are getting mixed answers from any where we check lol.
