Traveling to Canada after being deported d from us at US airport

Hey everyone! My aunt from Hong Kong was deported from US at the airport a year ago because she got caught working in US. At that time, she tried to enter US with her Hong Kong passport (She has two passport, one is Hong Kong and the other one is British.) The immigration officer then revoked her visa and gave her a stamp on her Hong Kong passport (something like deportation stamp). And now, she is traveling to Canada with her friends next week and gonna try to enter Canada with her British passport. But she is so worried that she will be deported again due to her traveling record in US. So my question is that will immigration officer be able to check her deportation record on her Hong Kong passport if she uses her British passport this time. Also, if they are able to check her record, will the best way be confessing to the officers and telling them the truth? Thank you!

She has already committed immigration fraud. The eTA application asks about refusals to other countries and she would not have been approved had she declared the US deportation.

Canada and the US share a great deal of immigration information. When IRCC discovers her fraud, she will be banned from Canada for 5 years.

Has your aunt applied for an eTA using her British passport? It seems like she is unaware of an eTA. Maybe I'm mistaken.

She won't be able to board that flight if she does not have an eTA linked to her British passport. And, when she applies, she must declare her US deportation. High chances that she will be refused an eTA.

If she has already applied for an eTA but she has not declared her US deportation then she's in for serious trouble like canuck_in_uk has explained
