Hi everyone,

I am currently in Canada on a multi-entry visitor visa (no work or study permit). My husband is a Canadian citizen and we have applied for inland spousal application.

Our current inland timeline is below:
Submitted-Jan 12th
AOR- Jan 31st
Medical Passed- Feb 10th
PA GCkey Eligibility "In Review"- March 1
Sponsor Approval- March 8

However, we might need to travel in March-April since we are having our wedding ceremonies this year in PA's home country and Canada. We legally wed in 2021 but COVID-related delays postponed the actual ceremony. I have been living in Canada since September 2022. I have traveled to the US 3-4 times for weekend trips since then, and reentered smoothly. In the next few months, our friends booked an out-of-country vacation March 10-20 as a wedding gift, not refundable. We also have an engagement ceremony in PA home country booked by my parents that would require us to be there April 10-20.

My question is, should I cancel at least one of these two out-of-country trips that are 1.5 weeks each within span of 30 days? Has anyone had experience traveling outside while processing inland application? I understand it is important to show cohabitation, my husband and I live together and would be going on these trips together. Also, in the past I'm able to return into Canada from US smoothly. Would appreciate some insight from people in similar situations.

Thank you!
