Traveling outside Canada, while FSWP application is under Processing

Hi,

Is it advisable to travel outside canada, while the FSWP application is under processing. I am planning to travel outside Canada for about 5 weeks, and my FSWP application was made from within Canada on Dec 02 2014. I am worried if I travel will there be any problem on re-entry. I do have a valid Spouse work Permit valid till 2017. My husband is also traveling with me who is on Post-Graduate Work Permit valid till 2017.
