I am going to be doing the drive tomorrow? Anything I should know?

I have documentation of all my ties to the USA and copies of all my emails I have received from CIC regarding my application

Anything else I need?

If you're asking if re-enter is 100% guaranteed - the answer is of course no. There's always some chance entry can be refused. Having said that, the chances in your case should be extremely low. Is your trip entirely risk-free? No.

Does it matter if my wife drives my car across the border with me as a passenger?

My husband is American and drives back and forth several times a week with no problems. I highly doubt you will have any issues... with regards to driving the car you'll probably have even less problems if you actually drive the vehicle... when I am with my husband I make sure I'm driving when it's my car and he's driving when it's his just to avoid any potential problems

Well, it all depends on the particular border station, I think. I live by one of the crankier land borders and they were miserable about 90% of the time. They definitely would not have looked kindly at my American husband crossing several times a week, despite the fact that he had been visiting without incident for years. I am SO glad it's over with. He was a total star for dealing with them for so long. I never could have done it.
