traveled less then 6 months out my country may ask me for pcc in fedral process om travel application ?

my new passport not have any information about this travel but the old one have that
please advice me write it or no ?

Cic asked me to submit old passports also. But less than 6 months travel outside PCC is not required?

i want thank yiu very much but i'm afraid from them some times they forget the rules but as you advice me to write it on the application of travel but the duration is 4 months and 15 day how i write it ? and please tell me why they asked for the old passport ??
