Travel Visa after Open Permit

Hi i received my Open permit / First approval recently. I'm working as a caregiver

Can someone tell me what kind of travel document/visa i have to apply for? I'm guessing its going to be through Buffalo? What documents do i need? i'm not working for the same person in my PR application, i changed employers.

Hi!

Just want to know if, is it better to go home in the philippines before you apply for Open/ PR? or after applying and sent all docs, I can always go home as long as I am still employed with the same employer n valid work permit?
