Hello everyone, my brother had applied for study permit for fall 2022 and he got approval just on yesterday but because his classes started on 1st September he had to move to online classes from in person classes. my question is that now that he got the study permit can he travel to canada while he is still taking classes online ? because he had to drop his in person class enrollment we can not now move to in person again as classes are full.
if anyone has any experience on this please do share. I want him to come to canada asap so that he can get used to with weather and everything while it is still bit warmer in September haha.
