Travel through Canada

I live in Big Lake, Alaska, USA. I submitted an appllication for criminal rehabilitation about three months ago. I submitted the application to this address. I hope it is the correct address. I also sent a $200 Money Order, as instructed.

I am wondering if you could please provide me some information regarding my application. How do I find out if it has been received? How long does this process take? Is there any way to obtain express consideration?

Also, the primary purpose of my travel in Canada is to travel THROUGH Canada back and forth from Alaska to the continental United States, perhaps twice a year.

Any answers or suggestions?

You could drop the Sydney office an email to ask for confirmation that your application has been received and request status.

Unfortunately it's not possible to request express / expedited processing.

It's difficult to answer your processing question since processing times vary widely. Sometimes it can take as little as a few months - however we've seen others here wait for over a year.
