Travel Outside Canada while on Post Grad Work Permit

Hi,

I graduated in 2016 and obtained a post grad work permit that expires in Oct 2019.
I also have travel visa category W-1 that expires in Oct 2019 as well.
I need to travel back home for some family matter.
Can I travel outside of canada and reenter with 1 year left on the work permit and travel visa?
