Travel on work permit with PR in processing

Can I travel outside Canada on an LMIA work permit (Have a visa stamp on passport) while PR application is in processing? Can there be any issues? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks. Will I need any extra paperwork or documents? Heard about PRTD from someone. But not sure if I will need that to enter back in Canada after leaving

This "heard from someone" thing is a dangerous thing. It is very easy to Google PRTD and see if this someone was making sense or not.
