If you have it it is good.
If you dont have it, Just write a letter that we are planning to arrive on this dates. And once visa will be issued, we will buy tickets.

I call the agent and when he show me online I took the print out. I didn't pay anything. Is that right method...? Some of my friends did that and it was working for them...Anyone who has correct answer please let me know..

It should work. Proposed travel route should be ok.

Depends on what is written on the print out. I seen other posters with merely flights and hotel information got refused visa. In the safer side, I would think an arranged tour that list the flight dates, hotels, bus routes, sightseeing places, etc. would be a better option.

More and accurate info is better.
In my case, i just wrote a doc telling them i will buy ticket once visa approved. It worked.
